Cooking Instructions (Serves 2-3):

Boil 200g of fish fillet (or use drained canned tuna). Smash the cooked fish meat until flaked.

Mix the Lobo packet with the smashed fish meat.

Boil 1 cup of coconut milk, add the fish/paste mixture, and stir until fragrant.

Add 1 more cup of water (or coconut milk for richness) and bring to a boil.

Season with fish sauce to taste.

Serve generously over Khanom Jeen noodles.
