Cooking Guide (Family Pot):

Fry the full 100g packet of paste in a splash of oil or coconut cream until fragrant.

Add 2 cans (approx 800ml) of coconut milk.

Add 500g–800g of meat (Beef, Duck, or Chicken) and bring to a boil.

Add vegetables (Bamboo shoots, Thai Eggplant) and simmer until cooked.

Season with palm sugar and fish sauce to taste.
