Simple Cooking Instructions (Tom Kha Gai):

Boil 1 cup (240ml) of coconut milk with the contents of this packet.

Add 250g of sliced chicken breast and cook until done.

Add another cup of water (or more coconut milk for a richer soup) and bring to a simmer.

Add mushrooms (Straw mushrooms or Button mushrooms are best).

Season with fish sauce and lime juice to taste. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
