Cooking Instructions (Family Pot):

1. Fry 50g–80g of paste (depending on taste) with the thick cream from the top of a coconut milk can until fragrant.

2. Add the rest of the coconut milk (approx 400ml).

3. Add chicken pieces (bone-in works best), cubed potatoes, and large chunks of onion.

4. Simmer until the chicken is tender and the potatoes are soft.

5. Serve with steamed Jasmine Rice or Roti.
